Healing and Alternative Medicine
In an attempt to navigate our life journey according to preset social norms of happiness, most of us find ourselves looking for happiness in material things. Unfortunately, like most of you must have realised by now, material possession brings surety but not happiness.
The world as we know it today is very harsh to humans, stress and anxiety have become the lot of so many, and the way individuals relax nowadays is through happy hours at the bar, alcohols, drugs, food etc etc. We are thus trapped in excess consumption and a vicious circle of competition with our peers. Our chakras are disharmonized resulting in all sort of ailments.
There has been the emergence of numerous kind of alternative medicine or healing techniques like Reiki, Yoga, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Crystal healing, Pranic healing and so many others. We will not discuss the effectiveness of the healing methods because of lack of empirical data for some of them, but those who have experienced the effectiveness of such techniques needs no convincing.
There is one thing, though, although these methods work, there seem to be no permanence and a necessity for continuous treatment. The reason is because the ailment has been treated but the psyche has been left as it is, meaning that the root of the ailment has not been removed.
The approach to treating our ailments today has to radically change, people needs to understand that there must be a just balance between enjoying material pleasures of life and time to recharge your batteries and correct imbalances in your chakras and energy field.
The first danger which comes with the techniques mentioned above is that the majority of practitioner do not understand what they are doing, it is like letting a rookie nurse doing a neurosurgical intervention with the latest state of the art equipment.
The second danger is that repeated interference with our energy fields and chakras can result in irreversible consequences which directly affect the sanity of the person. This is not like the paracetamol you can take each time you have a headache. It is an intervention on the energy centres that links this body to all the other bodies you have in every dimension and state of consciousness.
One example we have observed is when people use Reiki techniques to accumulate material gain or creating success in business, the effect of this on the Root chakra is disastrous. Think of it as someone taking steroid for bodybuilding or another sports, success will be there, but the price to pay is that you have created an irreversible chain of adverse effect in your body.
We can endlessly list the dangers of irresponsible use of there techniques nowadays, but the point we are making is that techniques which requires high level of attunement, training, guidance from archetypal Teacher, is being used today by less than novice person who have no idea whatsoever in the the consequences of tampering with the human energy field and the chakras.
We will come with the proper way to approach a rebalancing of the body’s energy field and the chakras in future articles, but for now understand that when everything is blocked for you and that you have recourse to these techniques to unblock matters, the price you are actually paying is much heavier that the few notes you handed over.
We will only mention the proper steps that has to be taken when using these techniques.
- Detoxification of the body
- Detoxification of the mind
- Communion with God
- Reassessment of needs and wants
- Knowing thyself – past life, present, most likely future
- Set reasonable milestone
- Monitor progress
- Use basic exercises of the different techniques mentioned above

- Start afresh
We will elaborate on the matter in future articles and hope you enjoy the reading.
